Simplicity
We act as an independent contractor and a single point of contact for your entire conversion project. We will not form a joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship with our clients. Florida Manufactured Housing Services and our employees will not be entitled to any of your employee benefits, including, without limitation, (a) income tax withholding; (b) 401(k) or other retirement benefits; or (c) employee stock purchase or stock option plans. We are solely responsible for the withholding and payment of all taxes and insurance premiums owed by our employees, including workers' compensation insurance.
